What plate thickness can the lasers handle?

Carbon steel from 18 GA to 3/4 in. on the 9 kW Amada. Stainless and aluminum from 18 GA to 1/2 in. Sheet and plate up to 5 ft. by 10 ft.

Do you cut tube and expanded metal?

Yes. Tube up to 8 in. OD on saws. Expanded metal up to 3/16 in.

Can cut parts go straight to forming and welding?

Yes. Cut, form, weld, and assembly run in the same buildings, so a job moves between processes without an outside handoff.

Two Amada lasers, a 9 kW for thick plate and a 3 kW for sheet, run 5 ft. by 10 ft. blanks up to 3/4 in. carbon and 1/2 in. stainless or aluminum. Saws and a shear cover tube up to 8 in. OD and prepared inputs for forming, welding, and assembly.

How cutting fits the build

We pick the cut by material, thickness, and what comes after. Plate goes on the 9 kW Amada when thickness or speed matters. Sheet runs on the 3 kW. Tube and expanded metal go on saws and the shear.
