What a Dallas program can run
The same order as the rest of the shop: welding, then assembly, then machining, with sheet and plate fabrication in support.
Welding
Production and robotic welding come first: 30 manual MIG/TIG bays, 3 OTC welding robots (including a 16 ft slider), and AWS D1.1, D1.3, 80K, and 100K qualifications.
Assembly
Fit-up and turnkey weldment assembly stay in the same Fort Worth shops as the welding and the machined parts.
CNC Machining in Dallas-Fort Worth
10 CNC lathes and 11 CNC mills in Fort Worth. Machined parts feed welded assemblies in the same shops.
Sheet and plate fabrication
Amada laser cutting and press-brake forming for the blanks and panels that go into a weldment. This supports welding and assembly.
