Fort Worth capacity is 30 manual MIG/TIG bays and 3 OTC welding robots (including a 16 ft slider), plus in-house tube bending for square, round, and rectangular profiles. Send drawings, materials, volume, and timing when you are ready to qualify the shop.
Drawings or a model, material and weld spec, annual or release volume, and the date the first units have to ship. Call out tube profile, bend radius, fixture, or inspection requirements if they are already set. Structural steel programs are quoted against AWS D1.1, D1.3, 80K, and 100K where those apply.
