Press brake forming and plate rolling for skids, frames, and weldments.
Four Accurpress and Safan press brakes up to 250 tons handle bend work for trailer and skid components. The plate roller takes carbon, stainless, and aluminum up to 48 in. wide and 3/16 in. thick, with a 4 in. minimum roll diameter.

- Rolling up to 3/16 in. thick
- Min roll diameter 4 in.

Industries served
Heavy Equipment Manufacturing
Production weldments, frames, and tanks for repeating heavy equipment OEM programs.
Boom Trucks
Pedestal top plates, turret and jib boom weldments, and man-basket/arm assembly for boom truck OEMs.
Oil and Gas
Structural skids, welded assemblies, and machined tubing hangers for repeating oil and gas programs.
Trailers
Production bumpers, structural weldments, and tube-frame fabrication for repeating trailer OEM programs.
How forming fits the build
We choose the brake by tonnage, bend length, and material. Heavier work runs on the 250 ton. Formed parts move to welding bays in the same building for fit-up.

Sheet and plate work at Kannon supports the weldment. Two Amada lasers — a 9 kW and a 3 kW — cut 5 ft. by 10 ft. blanks from 18 GA to 3/4 in. carbon steel and 18 GA to 1/2 in. stainless or aluminum. Four Accurpress and Safan press brakes, up to 250 tons, form those blanks before they move to welding and assembly in the same Fort Worth buildings.
