Sheet and plate fabrication that feeds welding and assembly.
Sheet and plate work at Kannon supports the weldment. Two Amada lasers — a 9 kW and a 3 kW — cut 5 ft. by 10 ft. blanks from 18 GA to 3/4 in. carbon steel and 18 GA to 1/2 in. stainless or aluminum. Four Accurpress and Safan press brakes, up to 250 tons, form those blanks before they move to welding and assembly in the same Fort Worth buildings.

Fort Worth / DFW
Sheet and plate fabrication for Dallas–Fort Worth runs in Fort Worth and feeds welding and assembly in the same buildings. Dallas is a service area. Our primary facility is at 5129 Vesta Farley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76119.
How sheet and plate fit the build
We cut on the Amada that matches the thickness, form on the brake that matches the tonnage, and send the part to a welding bay in the same building. Plate that needs a radius goes to the roller, up to 48 in. wide and 3/16 in. thick. This is support for repeating welding and assembly programs, not a separate job-shop line.

Kannon is a manufacturing partner for production assembly in Fort Worth — fit-up and turnkey weldment builds on repeating programs, not one-off job-shop work. Welding, machining, and inspection stay in the same shops, so a skid, frame, or container-scale system does not bounce between vendors across DFW.
