Two Amada lasers, a 9 kW for thick plate and a 3 kW for sheet, run 5 ft. by 10 ft. blanks up to 3/4 in. carbon and 1/2 in. stainless or aluminum. Saws and a shear cover tube up to 8 in. OD and prepared inputs for forming, welding, and assembly.

How cutting fits the build
We pick the cut by material, thickness, and what comes after. Plate goes on the 9 kW Amada when thickness or speed matters. Sheet runs on the 3 kW. Tube and expanded metal go on saws and the shear.
