Production and robotic welding for repeating OEM programs — 30 manual MIG/TIG bays, 3 OTC welding robots (including a 16 ft slider), and AWS D1.1, D1.3, 80K, and 100K.
Assembly
Fit-up, assembly, and inspection stay with the same team so DFW programs do not bounce between vendors.
Fabrication
Laser, brake, tube, and certified welding for frames, skids, and repeating structural programs.
Machining
CNC turning and milling for production parts that feed weldments and assemblies on the same Fort Worth floor.

The floor is set up for repeating welding, assembly, and machining work — not one-off job-shop traffic — with shipping coverage from a central DFW location. Dallas is a service area, not an office. The shops are the two Fort Worth locations, with our primary facility on Vesta Farley Rd.
